Lomas de Moratalla is a development of 225 distinctly designed homes in Moratalla set in the foot hills of El Cerezo mountain which peaks at 1'138 meters above sea level. This self contained urbanisation will form its own community providing all the amenities one needs as well as being situated close to the town and surrounding facilities.

The town itself is famous for the "running of the bulls" which is a popular event that the whole town revels in. This year has also seen a stage of the WRC Rally Championship and many famous cycling events come through the town. Moratalla has a full calendar of events to keep everyone occupied.
